Terms, Polices, Security, Compliance and Data Governance

The Trust Center brings together Vendor Check Pro’s core security, privacy, and compliance documentation in one place. It is intended to support school groups, IT teams, procurement reviewers, and other stakeholders during due diligence and onboarding.

1. Where is our data stored?

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections and controlled access in servers located in the United States.


2. How is our data protected?

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is role-based, and systems are monitored to prevent unauthorised access.


3. Is our data shared with other organisations?

No. Each organisation’s data is fully isolated and cannot be accessed by other customers.


4. Who has access to our data?

The VendorCheck Pro System Administrator, Developer team and only authorised users within your organisation, based on role permissions. Vendor users can only access their own records.


5. Are documents publicly accessible?

No. Sensitive documents are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised users within your account.


6. How do you manage user access and permissions?

Access is controlled through defined roles (organisation admin, vendor user), with permissions enforced at the system level.


7. What happens if there is a data breach?

We investigate immediately, notify affected customers, and take corrective action in line with data protection standards.


8. Do you comply with GDPR or data protection laws?

Yes. VendorCheck Pro follows GDPR-aligned principles, and the school acts as Data Controller while we act as Data Processor.


9. Can we control or delete our data?

Yes. You can export your data at any time and request deletion in accordance with your data retention policies.


10. Do you use third-party providers?

Yes. We use trusted providers for hosting and email delivery, selected based on security and reliability standards.
